		<description>Worrying is tough, man. We all do it, but it makes people uncomfortable. 

Like, when my loved ones are on airplanes it worries the crap out of me. So I&#039;m like texting 15 times asking if all is okay, and they haven&#039;t even landed yet. 

But the pressure I put on them, by worrying, is pretty immense. They&#039;re like &quot;um, I&#039;m trying to lay on a beach and relax.. why are you getting manic?&quot;. 

You may be very caring, but you&#039;re also a worrier. Worrying and caring are different. If you can take the worrying away and just plain care, then that&#039;s the real thing to be proud of. Worry is a negative thing, that puts pressure on people. 

This is my wisdom, I&#039;m not saying I&#039;m able to live by it.</description>
