I have both iMac & a HP WIN Vista laptop for years now and while I LOVE my iMac, I quite often want to kick my HP WIN laptop around the room. Good tip for opening WIN Office files on your Mac is to download Open Office. Works perfectly & it's free via cnet or Sun . May take a while to get used to Mac OS but you'll love it, I'm sure.
